Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Group Co., Ltd. is one of the top 100
petroleum and chemical industrial enterprises in China in terms
of comprehensive benefit and one of 200 key enterprise groups in
Shandong Province. Since its transformation in 1996, the

chemical fertilizers, chemical industry, thermoelectricity and

has greater capability in power generation and heat supply and
security. The level of automation in production is the highest
among the enterprises of its kind. It is the pillar enterprise
of Dezhou and a large profitable and tax-paying enterprise in
Shandong Province.

the internal mechanism. Meanwhile, it has taken scientific and

existing technological advantages, rely on clean coal
gasification technology, extend the industry chain persistently,
develop the chemical fertilizers and chemical industry and
thermoelectricity, and realize sound and rapid development of
the enterprise.
