The precursor of Hualu-Hengsheng Group is Dezhou Chemical Fertilizer Plant. Since its establishment in 1968, it has gone through four development stages: the subsistence stage before 1980, the scale expansion stage from 1981 to 1990, the structure adjustment stage from 1990 to 2000 in which three industrial pillars were formed by switching to the production of carbamide, developing chemical products and combining heat and electricity generation, and finally the rapid development stage after 2000. In the last stage, the main business indicators of the Group have been doubled and redoubled continuously; the stock company was successfully listed; the domestically produced large-scale device for producing nitrogen fertilizers was completed and put into operation; new technology, management and development platforms were established; carbamide products were granted the China Top Brand; and the enterprise has entered a new developing stage.
