Product Use
It is applicable to metal
welding and cutting. When mixing with acetylene, extremely high
flame temperature can be obtained to smelt the metals, so it is
widely used in smelting and top blowing oxygen steel furnace.
When mixing with vapor, it can replace air to be blown into coal
gasification furnace to get a gas with a higher heating value.
It is used for oxidative therapy of pneumonia and gas-poisoning
in medical treatment. It is used to produce reinforced nitric
and sulfuric acids in chemical industry. The liquid oxygen can
also be used as the detonator of liquid-oxygen explosive and
rocket propellant. |
