Product Use

As an important chemical industrial raw material and a good solvent, it is mainly used in polyurethane, orlon, agricultural chemicals, dyes and electronic industries. As a washing firming agent in polyurethane industry, it is mainly used to produce synthetic leather; as a synthetic medicine intermediate in medicine industry, it is widely used to produce doxycycline, cortisone and sulfa; as a solvent in orlon industry, it is mainly used to produce orlon filature; it is used to synthesize more effective and less toxic pesticides in agriculture; it is used as a dye solvent in dye industry; it is used to quench the tin coating spare parts and clean the circuit board in electronic industry; it is also used as the carrier of hazardous gases, a medicine crystal solvent and a binder in other industries.

Product Use

A nonflammable and suffocating gas, with inertial chemical property, it is used as a replaceable and shielding gas in chemical, metallurgy and electronic industries. It is applicable to production of nitro lime in chemical industry. Pure nitrogen can be used to prevent oxidation and volatilization and as a shielding gas for combustibles and a filling gas for the bulb. Liquid nitrogen is mainly used as a cold source for deep cryothermal treatment of instruments and gadgets and fast freezing of foodstuff. It is also used in cryogen and electronic industries.

Product Use

It is applicable to metal welding and cutting. When mixing with acetylene, extremely high flame temperature can be obtained to smelt the metals, so it is widely used in smelting and top blowing oxygen steel furnace. When mixing with vapor, it can replace air to be blown into coal gasification furnace to get a gas with a higher heating value. It is used for oxidative therapy of pneumonia and gas-poisoning in medical treatment. It is used to produce reinforced nitric and sulfuric acids in chemical industry. The liquid oxygen can also be used as the detonator of liquid-oxygen explosive and rocket propellant.
